Refund policy

At Supreme Leather Supply, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review the following policy to understand your options for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Return Window and Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

Items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

Both defective and non-defective products are eligible for return.

Customers must contact us at sales@supremeleathersupply.co.za to request return authorization and instructions before sending back any item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include the following details:

Your order number

Clear photographs of the item and its packaging

A brief description of the issue

Based on the situation, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, store credit, or full refund.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will be notified via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 days.

A confirmation email will be sent once the refund has been issued.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

Check your bank or payment account again.

Contact your bank or card provider, as processing times may vary.

Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

We accept exchanges within the 14-day window under the following conditions:

Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging.

Exchanges are processed only after the original item has been inspected.

Customers must contact sales@supremeleathersupply.co.za before sending their item for exchange.
